Anyways, onto the rules, and regulations, and such!!
Rules
You MUST be a MEMBER (not just a watcher) of the NeoPelix group! Make a NEW journal or poll about the event and comment with a link to participate. If you don't do this your entry will be declined You MUST design your Neopelix within 72 hours of this deviation being posted! Any designs posted after that will NOT be accepted! Only ONE Neopelix design per person!!! These are NOT MYO slots that can be made at any time you want after the event is closed. You MUST have your entry finished in 72 hours (three days) from the posting time! If you have read all this information, please mention the phrase "Quotes from your stoner friend" in your comment. Any entries that do not have this phrase will be declined! When entering, you must comment below with a link to your Petipoire design, and a list of all the traits it has! Notes will not be accepted as an entry!!! YOUR ENTRY MUST BE COLORED!! It can be in any medium you like, but please, try to color it before posting! Traits
All Common traits are allowed. 
3 Uncommon traits are allowed. 
2 Rare traits are allowed. 
You are not allowed to use Fabled traits in this MYO. If you use one in your entry it will be declined. Good luck on finishing in time! ;'0
